Welcome to Monday Morning ADHD coaching, I'm Emily Weinberg and I'm a certified ADHD coach. I support adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed and not in control of their own lives. Unfortunately there are many barriers in the way of making ADHD coaching accessible to everyone and so this podcast is intended to give you, the listener, some of that access. Each episode will provide an inside look at what can happen within a coaching session. I will do this by sharing a summary each week from a session I've had with a client.  My hope is that you will not only feel less alone in your own struggles, but that you will also come away with new insights and awareness you can apply to your own life and learn ways you can support your ADHD.

If you enjoyed this episode please subscribe to this podcast and make sure to rate and review so more people can access ADHD coaching support. And I would LOVE for you share it with your friends and family!

Hi, I'm Emily and I was diagnosed with ADHD at age 36. When I first began to realize I likely had ADHD. It really wasn't quite sure what to do about it.  I spent so much time learning as much as I could about my brain, but beyond that, I felt a bit lost.

I didn't really know much about ADHD coaching, but I decided to give it a try and I can honestly say it was just the support I needed an absolutely changed the course of my life. Fast-forward a few years, and now I'm a trained and certified ADHD coach and I get to work with adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and not in control of their own lives, just like I was.

I wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of ADHD coaching. And I so wish everyone who has or suspects, they have ADHD could access it.  But I also understand that right now, there are a lot of barriers that exist in making that a reality. So I decided to start a podcast that could offer everyone a taste of what ADHD coaching is actually like so that more people can benefit from it.

In each episode, I will share a summary of individual coaching sessions I've had with my clients. You'll essentially be a fly on the wall as you get to see how, through the coaching process, clients are able to gain a better understanding of and awareness around what is creating the difficulties they're experiencing.

You'll listen, as they challenge thoughts and beliefs they've had about themselves and discover new tools and strategies that will actually help them as they move forward. My hope is that you, the listener will not only feel less alone, but that you will also come away with new insights that you can apply to your own life.

Just a reminder.
